Intitial Modelling
For initial modelling, Rhino 3d was used to create the main body parts of the HUD, with each edge stroke being created separately so that textures can be applied individually.






RENDERING
Texturing and baking in Blender
Once modelled out, the file was converted into a glb file, in which it could be properly edited in blender. the same colour hex in the original HUD was used as reference. once materials were created, textures where baked into each part separately, so they would show up in a web format, where real-time data could be applied.



ANIMATION
Motion tracking & Compositing
Through the use of motion tracking in the compositing section, I mapped out how the HUD would be be able hock onto the cockpit. keyframing for number values was also used to pinpoint response time for real-time data.
